Over the weekend I watched “Unstoppable” with Denzel Washington, released in 2010. At first, I didn’t want to watch it. I mean, trains are so uninteresting that hardly anyone even takes them anymore. They are just these things that block traffic for 5-15 minutes.

Well, my family wanted to watch it, so I gave into peer pressure, and I’m glad I did. For a movie that’s all about a speeding train, it’s very suspenseful. I was on the edge of my seat for the majority of the time, especially the end, which I won’t spoil. Denzel was great, as always. If you want a thriller that isn’t scary and is pretty family friendly (a true PG-13 because of language mostly), just under 2 hours and very entertaining, I highly recommend it. What I don’t recommend is the odd song choice immediately following the close of the film. If you watch it, I’d love to hear your thoughts on that song choice because, quite frankly, it baffled me.
