This may be my new favorite pasta recipe. As you know, my recent goal has been to finish up using a package of basil without the whole thing going bad. This is a light pasta recipe that uses fresh basil and tomatoes, perfect for summer. You can find the recipe HERE.
Messiness– Not messy at all. Only a skillet and a pot are necessary.
Simplicity– Really simple! Saute the veggies while the noodles are cooking. This will save you the most amount of time.
Budget– Cheap! You probably have most of the ingredients in your kitchen already.
Delicious Factor– Very yummy, if you like light flavors. The sauce is light and you can really taste the basil. I’m not a fan of onions so I didn’t add them in my sauce. I also added some crushed red peppers for extra spice.
